BusPlanner Parent Portal

Note:

2021-22 School Registrations: You do not need to create a Parent Portal account as we are currently planning bus routes and timing for the new school yearWe will send you an email in August to review your child's busing information if eligible for transportation.
 
BusPlanner is the best way to access and review your child's transportation information online.

If you are new to busing or don't have an account already this year, you must create your Parent Portal account to review your bus stop times and locations online. You will also be automatically signed up to receive email notifications about routing changes, bus cancellations or delays.

To create a BusPlanner Parent Portal account for 2020-21 school year:
 
1. Go to https://hrcetransportation.mybusplanner.ca and click on the Parent Portal icon and then Create A New Account.
 
2. Use your email address and create a password. You will need to check your email and confirm account before you log back in.
 
3. Click on Add Students and enter the following information for each child you wish to connect to your account: 
  • Student ID number (10-digit number starting with the number 3)
  • Street number only (Ex. 123 Main Street, enter 123 only)
  • School and grade.
Click on the box Add Student and you’re done! Use the dropdown menu in the student’s name field at the top of the webpage to view multiple students' transportation information. 
 
Friendly reminder:
  • Please contact your school to update your address/alternate address, phone number or email address as bus eligibility and routing are based on a student's transportation information in PowerSchool.
