


Starting on July 18, 2022, families can submit a request for an unassigned bus seat for the 2022-23 school year.
There are three ways you can apply for an unassigned seat:
1. Click here to complete and submit an unassigned seat request form online, or;
2. Get in touch with us at 902-431-4723 or;
3. Email transportation@hrce.ca .
You must submit a separate request per child and include your child's student ID number on the form when possible (10-digit number starting wtih the number 3, located on your child's report card).
As soon as student registration settles in September, we can determine unassigned seats and make them available.
If seats are available, you will be emailed approval for a seat starting September 30 or earlier.
Please remember that this bus seat is provided with the understanding that the seat may be needed in the future for new families to the community who are eligible for student transportation.
