Halifax Regional Arts
Halifax Regional Arts (HRA) is Halifax Regional Centre for Education's (HRCE) supplementary funded fine arts program. Its purpose is to enhance and support fine arts for all students in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). HRA programming focuses on music, dance, drama and visual arts.
In 2019, HRCE and HRM signed a five-year Supplementary Funding Agreement. Each year, HRA continues to expand fine arts opportunities with the goal of ensuring equity and promoting barrier free access among all schools and communities.
